The lowest possible cost and the best possible result? You can only achieve this by maintaining complete control. You need to be able to rely on proven technology that will ensure an optimum climate for your livestock building day in day out, technology that allows you to monitor what is happening at any time and any place and allows you to intervene if necessary. It offers you the chance to work efficiently and to direct your employees properly. Only in this way are you assured of the highest possible result for your company.
The complete solution for your pig farm
Energy efficient and always optimum ventilation that allows you to determine the emission point yourself and possibly apply an air scrubber. Central exhaust provides you with important benefits. Stienen developed a flexibly assembled operating system that takes it possible to have a central exhaust system that satisfies your wishes. All departments in a central exhaust system are connected to a structural air duct with centrally located fans. Each department is provided with an AQC air control unit that precisely monitors and controls the departmental fan. The department with the greatest ventilation requirement determines the power of the central ventilators, which are controlled by a frequency control unit. This means you can be assured of optimum energy usage across the entire regulating range.
Stienen BE has developed a flexible and configurable control system that enables you to set up the central extraction exactly according to your wishes:
1.
AeroWing: The secret of a healthy climate is to provide your animals with the right volume of fresh air at the right speed in the right place. Your animals don’t care how the air leaves the house. What matters to them is how it comes in! The primary requirement for a healthy climate is a good air distribution. The temperature in the house should remain constant and draughts avoided. Stienen BE has developed the AeroWing to optimise the distribution of the air throughout your poultry house under all conditions.
2.
KL-6400 series climate computer: The KL-6400 series new climate computeromputers have various controls including heating, ventilation, cooling, heat exchanger and growth curve controls. The special climate controls for Ecovent, central exhaust and AQC air control units make this series ideally suited to automatically managing your climate control system. Because unused functions are not displayed, you can customise the KL-6400 climate computers exactly to the specific situation on your farm.
3.
FarmConnect: You can access your farm data from anywhere in the world by means of this innovative cloud computing system. All management information from the process computers is stored in the cloud at the data centre. You can use an SSL-protected web browser to logon to the cloud and access your farm data. This data, which may concern different locations, is centralised to give you a comprehensive overview. Customer-specific user screens ensure rapid and easy implementation of the new system. FarmConnect lets you control your farm without any problems, wherever you may be.
4.
AQC: A good minimum ventilation level is important for the management of CO
2, moisture, ammonia and dust in your livestock building. The climate computer determines the actual ventilation requirement from the livestock building's temperature and age of the animals, while the AQC unit measures and controls the desired ventilation level in each separate department. This is done with the utmost precision and independent of the weather conditions and differences in pressure.
5.
ECO-Prop: Stienen BE has developed the ECO-Prop to ensure a good air flow in your animal houses. This recirculation fan is characterized by its excellent energy efficiency and its large diameter. The ECO-Prop combines a low RPM with a pleasant and quiet air flow.
6.
SGS: The Stienen SGS fans have been specially developed for easily controllable, low-noise and energy-efficient ventilation that can also be used with high counter-pressure. This makes the SGS fan ideally suited for central exhaust systems, possibly in combination with air washers and manure drying systems.
